On 11/24/2025, the staff here were professional and courteous, and the process was quick and easy. Unfortunately, the quality didn’t match the $24 price tag. The wash included “tire shine,” but the results were noticeably uneven and spotchy, as shown in the photo. A decent wash overall, just not the level of finish I expected for the premium package.

This place is hands down the best car wash in Greensboro! I’ve been coming here since they were named as Fins too! Out of all the whistle car washes, this one has the friendliest people, and overall is a better experience. Tyler is a cool dude and even talked to me about Star Wars, he’s awesome and will chit chat with you which is (in my experience) what makes a place have great customer service. Besides the service, this place has great pricing. They usually have some kind of deal going on and the subscription is really the best bang for your buck. This place never disappoints. Thank you Whistle!

The other day, I visited this car wash and initially thought it was doing a good job. However, once I pulled out and stopped, I was very disappointed to see that my car was still visibly dirty. It's frustrating to pay for a professional wash that yields such poor results; frankly, my car looks the same as it did before I went in.

I love coming to Whistle Stop! I am and Diamond Plus member and have been for a couple of years (ever since it was Fins). The wash is thorough and quick. The staff is courteous and always willing to help. Tyler is AMAZING! Always greeted by a smile! Keep up the great work!!!

Don’t go here if you care about your vehicle Pros: Staff is very helpful and professional and are somewhat friendly, your car looks shiny after, they do a good job drying the vehicle which helps to prevent water spots. Cons: This car wash will damage your vehicle, I have been a member going weekly at other washes and never had an issue in my 2019 f150. First time here my antenna snapped off, this is able to be looked past. The second time I went I noticed all sorts of deep scratches all over the truck.
