I have spent literally thousands of dollars here for many years. I lived going here while the family would shop. Recently it has not been as good as the past. Our last trip i noticed many of the games were not working. They also removed a huge amount of arcade games and replaced it with the claw machines. I wish they would get rid of them. If you watch the claw machine games no one is touching them. Such a waste of space

We went to this establishment after church and before purchasing a card we asked could our 3yr old son use the rest as he was prancing around due to the urgency of needing to use the restroom. He was refused and we were told it is there policy for guest to have a key card to use the restroom. We come here often and had never been advised of this so we will no longer do business with them as this was very unfortunate service. As a result we left the venue and disappointed our family because this was just unexceptionable service. We hope that this policy can be rethought for better care of patrons in the future. Until then I will not patronize this company any longer

Honestly this place is a rip off. More than half of the games we tried to play would take our credits but it didn't work so we couldn't play the games. When we told the attendant we got 2 free swipes for over 4 different times this happened to us BEFORE we notified the attendant. It happened on even more games after that. NONE of these games had an out of order sign on them nor did the attendant place one on any of them. The prizes are WAY overpriced on the ticket prices, too. Don't waste your time coming here

Most of the racing games were broken, gas pedal, brakes and steering intermittently on different machines. They removed all of the old school games besides pinball so good luck if you pay for the hour special. Literally the only thing we could play that worked properly was pinball.
