1st they are open on Saturday, big win if you, like me, need your watch serviced IMMEDIATELY. My watch had moisture inside the crystal so I didn't want to waste a minute getting it to repair. I've only ever serviced it thru the original manufacturer's service but, of course, they were closed. Dropped it off and was given a 3 week turn around, which seemed normal and a price that was HALF of the OEM service Got a call a little over 2 weeks later, my watch was ready! Picked it up and it is good as new. Fast, great price, certified and 2 year warranty. Totally recommend this place.
I had my Vintage Omega and Rolex serviced in Time Tec . Just picked them up yesterday. Both watches were damaged during the service! The Omega had a big piece of lume scratched off on the minute hand. The Rolex had some glue left on the dial, in the center area. The watch maker is not able to install parts like crystal, hands were pre fited. He claimed they are not original. Even though I have been using the brands for years. For the scratchs on hands and dial are permanent damages. I felt very Terrible, and sorry, regreting deeply to have have the service. Will not recommend this business and will not come again! The Watchmaker is such a Liar! All his responses are lies! All the aftermarket crystal and spring bars are supplied and installed by him! I have proof of paid invoice. Now he is blaming me ? He scratched my watch hands and damaged my watch dial! His excuses are my vintage watches are too old? What a joke! What a clown! He wasted his 47 years in this business, he should play in circus. He is too old to lie, be aware folks!
I needed service on my Dan Henry watch. It was recommended I send it to Time-tec Watch Service. The service and communication was above and beyond anything I have ever experience with any type of service their explanation of the problem was complete and understandable the service of my precious little Dan Henry. Was absolutely amazing. Service was quick efficient and very, very personable. Communication was outstanding. !! It would be hard for me to ever believe that anyone could write a bad review about these people. And Kevork. Was absolutely fabulous in his communication with me, and his personal attention to detail and service of my watch. :-) :-) :-) Thank you. Don
Time-Tec did a wonderful job servicing my Tag Heuer Formula 1 watch. New bezel, new crystal plus battery replacement and pressure test. The cost was a bit pricey, but I believe it was worth what I paid for the time and parts replacement required. Thanks Time-Tec.
