Jaeden was awesome—one of the best hosts we have had and extremely patient. He looked after the kids so well. Even with some kids arriving late and a few extra kids being added last minute , he stayed proactive and handled everything smoothly. Highly recommend! Thank you for making our event memorable

Great place for a fun session with the kids. Lots of modern arcade games and some extras like bowling. The venue was clean and bright. It is easy to burn through credit quickly though, so load a set amount on the card and stick to it.

Absolutely fantastic birthday party experience at Timezone Watergardens! We recently hosted our child’s birthday party at Timezone Watergardens and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. A special shoutout to Paris, who organised everything so smoothly — from planning to execution, everything was well coordinated and stress-free for us as parents. Huge thanks as well to Charlie and Augustan, who were amazing with the kids during the games. They were energetic, patient, friendly and incredibly engaging. All the kids had an absolute blast and felt included throughout. The team really went above and beyond to make the party fun, organised and memorable. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service and care, especially when handling a group of excited kids. Not to forget - Gabby who started in first go by helping us with the booking and party event details. She was very helpful and friendly. Isaac was amazing throughout the entire party. Gave all the kids the time of day. Very patient, interacting with each and everyone of them playing games making sure the event ran smoothly. Devontae was very happy with his party 🥳 I highly recommend him as a party host. First time in a very long time as a parent i was able to enjoy the event because Isaac had everything under control. We had a really nice experience. The host treated us so well, and the supervision was excellent. We were very happy with their work. From 4 to 7, I was completely stress-free even though there were 18 kids! Managing 18 kids is not easy, but they did an amazing job. Their communication was also very nice. It was my first time celebrating here, and I’m really happy overall. If anyone asks me where to celebrate their child’s birthday, I’ll definitely recommend this place. 🎉
