Victoria Coster was a delight to work with! She is not only professional and kind, but extremely experienced and knowledgeable in Real Estate and the Raleigh area. She goes the extra mile for her clients (me!), and also for others involved in the transaction; other agents, inspectors, lenders, title companies, etc. It took me many months to find just the right home and she never tired of getting me to the finish line! I am forever grateful and would recommend Victoria to anyone buying or selling any type of Real Estate!

Claire was absolutely exceptional throughout our entire home buying journey. Her communication and negotiation skills truly set her apart, especially during the due diligence phase when we needed her most. She was incredibly proactive in addressing inspector findings and advocated for us every step of the way, ensuring we felt confident and protected in our purchase. Beyond her professional expertise, Claire was remarkably patient and kind with our entire family, including our son. She made what can be a stressful process feel manageable and even enjoyable. If you're looking for a real estate agent who genuinely cares about her clients and has the skills to back it up, I would definitely recommend Claire and her awesome team at Caul Group!

I had the good fortune to work with an excellent agent from the Caul Real Estate Group. Her knowledge and level of professionalism was outstanding. Unfortunately, my experience with the broker was completely different. I found her to be extremely cheap and unconcerned with providing quality customer satisfaction. My experience with Tina Caul was that she showed little regard for client service and appeared to care only about the commission she would receive—even in a situation where her company did nothing to earn it. I found this behavior appalling and inconsistent with the ethical standards one should expect in this profession. I am a very experience top producing real estate agent from another state and I was shocked at how she handled my situation. Because of the broker’s approach and code of ethics, I strongly recommend finding another agency. At the end of the day, even the best agents are required to follow their broker’s decisions, no matter how unfair those decisions may be.

We had a great experience working with the Caul Group on our first investment property! The entire team we worked with was responsive, organized, and supportive throughout the process. From reviewing potential properties through to closing, everything felt well-managed and efficient. Victoria Coster, our agent, in particular was fantastic to work with! With tight timelines and a lot of moving parts, she was proactive and always one step ahead. She flagged potential issues early and explained tradeoffs clearly. We were able to navigate decisions with confidence and ultimately find a property that fit our needs because of her. When unexpected items came up, she stayed calm and solution-oriented, which made the entire process far less stressful. We always felt informed and supported, and it genuinely felt like we were working with a true partner rather than just an agent. Victoria earned our trust quickly, and we’ll absolutely be working with her again. Highly recommend her for anyone buying or investing!

My wife and I heard about Trevor through our sister who worked him on the selling and buying of her house. The process was smooth for her and she recommended him. We have been pleased with the partnership with Trevor. As we are still in the process of selling our investment property, Trevor has been helpful with providing informative feedback and keeping us updated on the market. He has been extremely proactive and makes himself available anytime. Even when sick during the holidays, Trevor made efforts to keep us informed on inspection and upcoming milestones/dates. His team with Annallee have been on point with keeping us updated. One minor thing that I have personally enjoyed was that they provide a final cleaning service which they did an excellent job.
