Very friendly and encouraging staff! I have been in a few times whether in a pinch being able to use their pump to put air in my tires or needing assistance with getting a tire fixed and having questions about the integrity of bike parts, and have been met every time with kindness and easeful interactions! Nice selection also of things you may need for your bike. Great neighborhood bike shop : )
I do not recommend these charlatans, hoodwinkers, fraudsters, swindlers, and quacks. I brought my bike in a few times for an over-the-"Tip Top" bike experience. The Tipety Top Bike technician told me that my brake fluids could not be “topped-off” and he had no clue as to why Why was my chain constantly breaking? TT placed a chain that was too short causing it to break more often than any chain should. Now I am calling into question the derailleur replacement they sold and charged me over $300 to repair. Read the low star reviews, there is a pattern. Don’t do business with these people. If you are new to maintaining your bike, you are easy prey. Also, note that my bike is pedal assist, apparently, they do not work on bikes with electronic components. Literally, there is no reason for any sane person to visit this shop.
Great service experience at Tip Top. Pat was super helpful and willing to fix up an unfinished job from another bike shop. He even took the bike out for a spin to make sure the adjustments he made were working well. Will definitely be back.
Excellent, independent bike shop. Great service. Great selection great tunes, great T-shirts. I'm super grateful these guys are here since we lost so many good bike shops over the years.
Lovely independent bike shop. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are fair. Lots of great commuter and gravel bikes at affordable prices. We'll stoked with lots of accessories and they'll even special order items they don't have in stock. Mechanics are quick and fair with their pricing. Highly recommend.
