I've been going to Tire & Brake Outlet for quiet sometime. Mike is always very friendly and always accommodates me when I'm in a crisis. Very clean shop and all of his guys are always so friendly. I highly recommend his business. Mike is very fair and reasonable with his costs and always on time.

These guys are very unethical / scammy and caused $1200 damage to my truck which they refused to compensate for. On 11/20/24 took my newer model company pickup truck here for an Oil Change . On 12/19/24 the vehicle broke down on the freeway and needed towed. It was towed to the Dodge dealership where it was discovered that Tire& Brake Outlet did an improper oil change and failed to seat the gasket properly. This caused the engine to run out of oil and leaked throughout the engine causing the damage to sensors and requiring the throttle body to be cleaned. The owner refuses to compensate me for the loss of my day, tow fees, and necessary repairs to the dealer citing "I didn't bring it back to him." How was I supposed to know that the truck broke down due to the mechanic not knowing how to do an oil change almost a month prior? And I was supposed to bring it back to him to fix it? I spoke to Dave at the shop and he ran me around in circles - ultimately they told me they would not compensate me or give me any credit towards the other company vehicles I have. This places deserves to go out of business!
