Stopped in for a quote on a replacement tire as I had a blow out earlier that morning...unfortunately the tires were special order and not in stock.. I seen they did wiper blades and I also needed a new set. Nathan behind counter installed the new set and threw in a promo discount (20$) off I greatly appreciated the discount, especially now around the holidays... 1#❄️🎄☃️ Good work taking care of the customer..💯.

I’ve heard good things about the service here, but my experience was frustrating. I was able to schedule an appointment, and both the website and Google indicated they were open on Sundays. After driving there, I found a note on the door saying they are not open on Sundays. They really need to update their website and Google hours to avoid wasting customers’ time.

I want to thank Nate and the team, I originally had to be towed to tires plus for 1 tire that had blown out on me on the side of the road. When the tow truck driver dropped the car he noticed another was was bad (go figure right) so at the drop of a dime he was able to assist me and get things done. He let me leave my car (which I live in lake Geneva) overnight and ended up replacing another tire to be safe (the 4th was replaced brand new 2 months ago). It was such a terrible situation but I was able to get my car taken care of, safely back on the road and heck winter ready. Thank you guys so very much for all the help.

Exceptional Service from Liam at Tires Plus – A True Lifesaver I cannot speak highly enough about the incredible service I received from Liam at Tires Plus in at 1450 Mac Arthur in Madison, Wisconsin. I found myself completely stranded with a flat tire late in the day, unsure of what to do next. I frantically called so many tire shops, and all were closing soon and couldn’t find the time to help. Out of sheer kindness and professionalism, Liam personally came to pick me up—something well beyond the expectations of his role. Not only did he get me safely to the shop 17 min away, but he also kept the store open past closing hours just to make sure I was taken care of. In a world where many businesses close the doors right on the dot or charge you astronomical prices for service outside of business hours. Liam’s dedication and genuine concern for a customer in need truly set him apart. His kindness, integrity, and work ethic are unmatched. Tires Plus is lucky to have someone like Liam on their team. Because of him, I’ll be a customer for life—and I’ll be telling everyone I know to go there, too. Thank you, Liam. You didn’t just fix a tire—you rescued a person. My family is eternally grateful.
