I had Todd fix my grandpa’s WWII army ring over 20 years ago. The stone was chipped from a bullet and kept falling out. He managed to fix the setting so it was secured without losing the sentimental value of the stone. Recently I went back to find options to keep the sentiment of my engagement ring while also increasing the durability. He was able to find a ring in white gold very close to mine and swap the stone. Not only was the work fantastic he went out of his way to make it happen only a couple of weeks before our wedding day. His care and concern for customers and their experience far out sparkles even his best diamonds.

Todd really goes to work for you. Some of my best timepieces have all come from him. I'd send a text or give him a call, let him know what I was looking for, and within a few days he'd track it down and check if I wanted to order. That's how I've been able to add multiple limited-run Seiko watches — gorgeous pieces — to my collection. He does right by his customers and never asks for anything in return. On a trip to Japan, I visited a Seiko flagship store, and the sales staff actually asked me to show them a watch I had sourced through Todd. That says it all. Bottom line: if you see a Seiko you want, check with Todd first. You'll never pay more than you have to — always a fair deal. He's my one-stop shop, and he should be yours too.

I have gone to Todd's Jewelers over the years for various reasons (watch batteries, watch repair, watch bands, small gift items, jewelry advice, jewelry appraisals, and ring cleaning). Recently, I went there to look for something else. The process was easy and I felt pleased; however, when I saw the end product, it was way more beautiful and satisfying than I originally imagined. Todd is very skilled and talented in selecting and designing. He knows how to read his customers well enough to provide them with the perfect item! I highly recommend Todd's Jewelers.

Purchased a Seiko Alpinist from here. Todd has a great collection of watches, and was very knowledgeable. If I was going to purchase another Seiko watch, I would definitely come back.
