Had a radiator leak in my Toyota Rav 4, brought it in for assessment and was given an accurate estimate of the costs and a very knowledgeable breakdown of what the car needed including tires. The complimentary shuttle service from and back to the shop was very convenient and punctual, as well as both the drivers being very friendly. The repairs were finished the next day ahead of schedule, I'm very satisfied with the quality of work and I will be using them as my primary mechanic going forward. All of the staff are friendly, professional, and polite. The pricing is fair and I was even given a coupon for a discount on future service. I highly recommend this shop, it's delightful to find somewhere that feels like the small town family businesses I was accustomed to before moving to Toledo. The coffee is also quite good!

B&N does very good work at good prices. They just changed the oil in my Hyundai Elantra. They were ready when I showed up at the appointed day and time. They got it done quickly, and gave me a report on the overall condition of my car. I like going there and will continue. They have also done fairly extensive repair on my Mazda pickup, and other services on my Elantra. I'm always happy with what they do.

They make sure to show the problem and due there best to give the best price for you. I can say, I have never had that in a auto shop before . Victoria was absolutely fantastic – friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process. She really made the experience stress-free. True to their word, my truck was ready exactly when they promised – no delays, no surprises. The work was done right the first time, and the pricing was fair and transparent. I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change. I called and they were able to take my vehicle within 15 minutes. I dropped the vehicle off and was able to go do my own thing in the meantime. They even offered shuttle service in case I wouldn’t have a ride. They also looked over my vehicle and send photos with an explanation of the inspection. They offered to fix it then and there. I didn’t have the time, so I asked for estimates, which they gave and are very fair! I’ll definitely be coming back to them to get these issues fixed ! They’re one of the only auto care places I’ve seen that is clean inside, smells good, and you’ll get immediate help! They’re also very caring.
