Bounce house was dropped off early and owner is so professional! I accidentally gave him a motion picture 100 (I was going to pay balance with debit card, then found out it had to be cash- my teenage son always has cash so I got it from him but he keeps the 1 motion picture bill he found years ago mixed in with his real cash! ) The owner was so nice about letting me know it was a motion picture bill. I apologized and went to retrieve the real bill! Thank you so much for handling the situation with grace!!

The owner of Tomcat Bounce House was extremely nice and professional. I had to change the type of bounce house I needed since the amount of kids coming changed. Mr. Tom was very accommodating, even though I called the morning of the party. He was punctual and quick getting the bounce house up and down. I would highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again.

This was the first time even doing anything like this, but it was my granddaughters 1st birthday and I went all out. 5 stars is not enough to judge tomcat bounce house this company is courious, polite, on time cleans everything before after he sets up which is second fast and is fast when taking down. I would gave him 20 stars and recommend you get the package deal of a bounce house, popcorn, cotton candy and snow cone machines. My granddaughters party was a hit and it was all because I had Tomcat bounce house do it for me❤❤❤👍👍👍👍

Thank you so much Tom and Ron for saving the day!! The other bounce house rental company cancelled on my sister at the last minute. You all were available to drop off the bounce house with in 20 minutes. Thank you for being so accommodating. Not only did you all bring us a bounce house at the last minute you all had it set up and ready to go in no time, not to mention you wiped it down before it was used. You both were so kind and extremely easy to work with. Your professionalism was top notch!! If any one is looking for any party rental equipment from popcorn machines, outdoor movie equipment to water slides and bounce houses and anything in between (even hookah tents) this is the company to call!
