It's 8:35pm and tommy's supposed to close at 9pm, I know the owner doesn't know that you are shutting down early to where a customer can't clean mats because you lock the door early and you shut down the register. This is 💯 % unprofessional! When you took the job it says 9pm for customers so why are you shutting down early? My complaint is not on the car wash itself but my complaint is on the workers that close at night. Owner of car wash expect you to close at 9pm and not earlier.

Such a great experience. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome right away. My car was pretty dirty going in, and it came out looking amazing. Also thank you too Nick for explaining how the Matt washer works. Oh and Tommy for helping me get on the belt right. And Sylvia for helping me at the window. Love the work y’all do help up the good work.

I have a membership and go here about 3-5 times a week. Guys are all very friendly and they like my ducks. Hehe

So I literally never had a huge problem like this but I have 3 cars and never had them as scratched up like the one I have now. I went there on Thursday and payed for a wash I was vacuuming out my car and noticed there was scratches all over the driver side of my car I went and had a calm discussion with the team member he took my information and took pictures and said they were going to get back to me well it’s been a couple days and I called the manager he told me he had to look at cameras and he will call back. Well I called back and asked for corporate number they told me to hold on and hung up on me. Went up there and still didn’t receive a answer on top of the manager trying to tell me I bought the car like this unacceptable!!!! Only had the car for two weeks !!

We drove by this place several times while it was being built. Finally had a chance to stop in today, and was not disappointed. This was hands down the best drive-thru car wash that I have ever been to. Unlike most places, your car is actually clean and dry when you come out. I was really surprised at how good of a job it did. The vacuums here are top notch as well. The Staff was extremely friendly, which was nice. I called a few of my friends to let them know about this place as well. I cannot say enough good things about Tommy's!
