The car wash broke the cap off my sideview mirror on the passenger door side. They admitted it happen, They gave me back the piece they found in their car wash, but they would not pay or accept responsibility because they will not cover cars over a certain age. It was a perfectly fine piece put on their correctly from the factory and the car wash broke it off. I will never go back there.!! Be careful if you use this place because if it happens to you, you wouldn’t like it either. It’s gonna cost me over $120 plus installation to replace it. I instantly canceled my membership and the manager was ride with me about it.

Super friendly staff! Jesse was VERY helpful from the moment I pulled into the car wash. Car wash was very clean unlike some other washes I've been to. Highly recommend coming this location! 😊

I don’t care anyone says white water express car wash on Secor and Lasky is the best in town!! Not only is the car wash amazing, Cleaning your car out will leave your car sparkly shine, and the customer service is top-tier!! A newly single mom so doing everything alone, I had some question in needing help cleaning my mats and my car was extra EXTRA dirty this go around so the guys came out and and even washed it before going through the car wash! Nate,Eddie and Michael Helped me with no problem, no hesitation and Didn’t make me feel like they were annoyed. Very very nice guys , just adorable but it’s Really hard to find good customer service nowadays so I had to write a review and this place is great! 11/10, And would give them a five star rating again and again thanks guys! See you again soon! I drive across town to come here and I would do it again and again. Again, Best car wash in town with the best customer service:))

This CAR WASH is a ONE-STOP-SHOP !! The car wash does an EXCELLENT JOB of washing & DRYING ! I emphasize drying because over MANY years of getting cars washed, MOST don't DRY the car well at all. This place is THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD 💦💦 (No, I don't own the place, lol) They provide FORCED AIR tools for those difficult areas, towels, mat holders, windows cleaning solution... ONE-STOP-SHOP ‼️

A longer and more thorough car wash than many in the area. It did a great job. I paid $10 for a basic car wash and $1 for bug removal. Awesome dryers! And the additional little features made a difference, too. There's room for about 20 cars at the vacuum stations which include window cleaner and towels for your convenience. Entrance to the car wash is very convenient, while the exit can be a bit convoluted when busy. Small price to pay. I'll be back next time I'm in the area.
