Went through the car wash and it ripped my read wiper blade right of and snapped it. It took 2 hours out of my day to go get it fixed and they refused to refund the car wash that broke my wiper and refused to further compensate for my wasted time. I high recommended you do not use this car wash you will pay nearly 30 bucks for them to damage your car then refuse to compensate you fully.

We just drove 12 hours from Nashville Tennessee and went through the car wash at 124th and Dodge. I have wash package #3. The wash got rid of all the bugs on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Brittani said “hello”at the vacuums and was genuinely happy that I was happy.

Great service! One of the employees, Evan, came up to me, was super friendly, and took the time to explain all the wash options without being pushy. Really appreciated the helpful attitude — made the whole experience easy and welcoming!

I really like how easy and fast it is to get a car wash here. The staff are always pleasant. I will admit, I was slightly nervous about the conveyor belt on my first visit, but the online videos I watched beforehand acted as a great resource to help prepare me for the wash. I went again for a second trip and was pleasantly surprised to be told that my wash was free due to a seasonal spring cleaning event. I have since gone back two more times and have always been satisfied with the service.

I washed my car here on 2/25 and I’m disappointed to say the least. I purchased the #2 “ultimate” wash, which is one step below their top option. The photo of my back window is post-wash with a coating of dirt and salt still present. This was also supposed to come with a 3-step wheel cleaning that I was told included jets of water and soap to clean the hubcaps and the area inside the wheel, but this didn’t seem to work well either. The scrubbers also left small scratches on the trim of the car, which was purchased brand new recently and had no scratches or scuffs before. I also had to wipe off my headlights and around the edges of all of my windows after the wash to remove the dirt and salt that were still there. If the parts of my car that I *can* see are still dirty, how can I trust that the part I *can’t* see under the car was cleaned thoroughly? Not impressed and definitely not worth $20+
