I took my first class with Michele today and she is a phenomenal instructor. She is so knowledgeable and her attention to form and safety while also challenging the body is unbeatable. My mom has been going to her classes for a year and as I am a Pilates teacher living out of state, I am so grateful my mom has such an amazing instructor! Thanks Michelle!

I am so thankful I found this studio. After taking a private lesson, where the owner got to know me and I got to know her, I was all set to attend classes. Thank you for taking the time to get to know me before launching into the group classes. The experience of the one-on-one class is extremely helpful for building confidence and awareness of the correct Pilates methods. Looking forward to my next class!

Garbage business, I have not heard anything good about Michele ever. I decided to give it a try anyways… I got completely mislead and disrespected. My family paid for classes and was then told they needed a “1 on 1 training class”. Mine as well hold me at gun point and take $150 out of my wallet. Business sucks, misleading customers is a no no. Michelle I hope you see this and adjust your business ventures and plan for success in the future. But for now MICHELE your little Pilates glass is D tier terrible. I would rather workout in a prison yard.

When I started with Michelle three months ago I hated the thought of formal exercise. I belonged to a gym locally, but didn’t go because I didn’t want to be around so many people when I had no idea what I was doing. Michelle has changed all of that. She is the ONLY person I have met in the exercise world who takes the time to dig deep and really find out about each member’s health and wellbeing. My body is starting a transformation that I never thought possible. Please friends, if you want results, I HIGHLY recommend dropping in for a visit. I promise you’ll get hooked and want to learn from Michelle.

Michele is fantastic! She is such a great teacher. I am new to Pilates/ reformer and I find her instructions simple and precise. She’s also great at providing alternatives for those still building strength or with injuries. I would encourage you to read the negative reviews. They appear to be from people that did not read Michele’s instructions, or do not like a direct approach.
