I had an amazing experience with Top Dog Miami! Communication with Maritza was outstanding—she was incredibly responsive and quickly found the perfect sitter for my dog, Charlie, while I was on vacation. She was also very accommodating throughout the process, which made things so much easier for me. Nikki, the sitter, was fantastic! She not only took excellent care of Charlie but also had her own sweet dog, who became an instant playmate for him. It was clear that Charlie had a great time—he was happy and well cared for. Nikki kept me updated regularly and sent adorable pictures, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. I couldn’t have asked for better service and will definitely use Top Dog Miami again. Highly recommend!

My baby Penny has been watched by many of the ladies of TopDog and it’s been by far the easiest decision for me to make. I don’t trust or can feel rest assured with other companies or strangers that aren’t local in flamingo point as well and loving that i know where she is while i’m gone feels the best! Maritza hires the best and the most caring while being knowledgeable about animals as well :)

Our experience with Top Dog Miami has been nothing but amazing for the past two years. From dog sitting, to walks, daycare and overnight stays. Everyone on the team is punctual, friendly and has great communication. Which includes photos, videos and updates. As a very nervous dog mom, they have always put me at easy. Only company I trust in Miami with my baby! 🐶

Sarah is beyond words the best ever! I am so grateful to have found her when I first got Ruby (then 3 months old, now 10 months old) and was looking for a regular dog walker, and I knew right away she seemed amazing, but had no idea just how truly lucky we were. Sarah is extremely reliable, caring, hardworking, and professional, and treats Ruby like she was part of her own family, and I couldn’t ask for anything more. Ruby loves her so much and any time she sees Sarah she gets so beyond happy, it just shows how much love goes into the time they spend together. Sarah goes above and beyond caring for Ruby; Ruby initially had a broken leg which required a lot of time and special care, including frequent vet visits, and Sarah played a major role in her care during that time while I was at work. She has watched her while I’ve gone away for work trips and vacations and I felt 1000% confident that Ruby was being taken care of so well. Day-to-day Ruby spends time at Sarah’s for day care and always has the best time in a small group setting. I always get updates and pictures of how she is doing, and she both picks up and drops off, making my life and busy schedule so much easier. Sarah truly exemplifies what an amazing dog sitter/walker/caretaker should be and without question or hesitation recommend her. Sarah is the most fantastic, reliable, professional, helpful, easy to work with , and trustworthy partner to our family. Our dog just adores her, and she takes the utmost pride and care in her work and her process. We are constantly in the know with hourly updates, photos, and commentary. Payment process is easy and on time. She is very organized and our lives are much better with her in it! Thank you Sarah for all that you do for us and our pup!
