I have been using Waggy Tail since I moved to Miami and they are absolutely fantastic! The owner Michelle is phenomenal and super responsive and so personable (even coordinated with my schedule to exchange keys and even cared for my pet on several occasions!). The pet sitters are also all so kind and attentive and respectful. They always go above and beyond to take care of my pet and also my home. I've always been very anxious to leave my pet in the care of other people but they are so responsive, extra communicative, super accommodating to work around your needs, send so many pictures/videos, and all around everyone is so so incredibly nice and cares for my pet as if they were their own. Truly cannot recommend this company enough, I'm very grateful to have peace of mind when traveling.

Waggy tails is truly one of the most trustworthy company’s with incredible, loving, and loyal women who just want to take care of your dog and love them like your own. I had the pleasure of having Natalie watch Mia for the first time while we were away at our place, and she did a remarkable job. She kept our house clean and Mia was so happy when we got back. I can tell Mia really enjoyed her time with Natalie. Would recommend to anyone who needs a dog walker or a dog sitter.

10/10 Services! I highly recommend working with Maddie. Michelle and Karen with Waggy Tail Pet Care make it very easy to schedule walks and make sure to fit our needs as close as possible. I am very particular when it comes to walkers and Maddie from the start, completely matched our hopes and expectations. Thanks to Michelle and Karen, I know my dog is in great hands with Maddie while out on his long walks! I can confidently recommend.

Michelle and her professional team of dog walkers and support staff are the best in the business! My family and I had to travel for a week and we asked Michelle and her team to take care of our German Shepherd, Bear, while we were away. Best decision ever to hire Waggy Tails to look after him!!! First off, the online app that is used by Waggy Tails is efficient and easy to use. All invoicing, scheduling and communication happens through the app and it makes the process so stress free. Second, the Waggy Tails team is so professional in their communication, pictures and videos that they upload onto the app that it takes all the guesswork out of what is happening to your pet while you are away! And lastly, Michelle’s team went above and beyond to make sure everything was good in our home with Bear while we were away. What a stress free experience with Waggy Tails! I cannot recommend Waggy Tails enough to look after your furry loved ones for all your pet’s care!
