Great experience with some of my favorite toys. Highly detail oriented and tips to keep my bikes tuned up and running like new. Swapped the pike for the helm and had them install hope brakes and do an oil service on the shock and fork post Downieville race in 2025. Dropped of the hope bleed kit to help them out and they were very appreciative. Great group of peeps and ready for flow weekend.

Got both my rides from the team at THC… live my Ibis and Diverge! From the top down, starting with the owner Lars to the amazing service team , thanks Dylan! To the top notch sales dudes, this place is hands down the best cycle shop in the Bay Area! Small company but man do they know their stuff and the communication is fast and reliable! Cheers boys

AMAZING store: EMPLOYEES and inventory. Just bought a Specialized Turbo Kenevo SL Carbon... extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff, complete inventory, helped match my needs with great products. Our guy Cooper was knowledgeable, informative, professional and along all the other team members, they had a great attitude. The inside of the shop was pristine, and appeared as if it was in Mammoth or another alpine locale. The terms "no" or "I'm not sure" were simply not in their vocabulary. They made my experience way above my expectations; especially after driving almost 3 hours from the central coast. They have set the bar very high for the rest of the industry.
