We brought in Top Home Builders to do a significant roof framing repair that required a structural engineer. THB provided all the services required from initial assessment, detailed planning, permits, implementation and inspections. We could not be happier with the results. Throughout the process the crew was respectful, receptive of our needs, kept the site clean and worked quickly and accurately. Would hire them again. We highly recommend them for any task large or small.

I chose Top Home Builders for my kitchen remodel and I’m so happy I did. They handled everything from the kitchen design to obtaining all the permits, the demolition, electrical, plumbing, helping me decide on cabinets and countertops and all the finishing touches to building me the kitchen of my dreams. It was extremely easy to communicate with everyone on the team and they were very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Every person involved in my project was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and friendly and invested in doing a great job. They truly did top quality work. There were no surprise costs and didn’t go over budget. I would definitely use Top Home Builders for any future projects.

We recently hired AJ from Top Home Builders and his crew to completely renovate our outdoor spaces, and we’re extremely happy with the results. They worked on our backyard, front yard pavers, walkway and driveway pavers, installed artificial turf, and put in a new irrigation system. From day one, AJ was incredibly personable and easy to work with. He took the time to understand our vision and was always open to feedback or changes along the way. His flexibility made the process smooth and stress-free, even when we adjusted a few details mid-project. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and highly skilled. They showed up on time every day, worked hard, and paid great attention to detail. The quality of their work is outstanding—everything looks clean, well-finished, and exactly how we envisioned it. The pavers were laid with precision, the turf looks lush and natural, and the irrigation system was set up perfectly to keep everything looking great with minimal effort on our part.
