The owner, Joyo, of Joy Appliance was great to work with…. He was super responsive. He came out and assessed what was needed to repair our fridge, ordered the parts and installed them very quickly on the back end. Very professional and friendly.

Joyo of Joy Appliance quickly scheduled an assessment in response to my request to fix our 6-burner Wolf Range Stove. He clearly explained the issues we were having, the parts/repairs required to get all our burners working appropriately, and importantly, the parts that were still working fine and didn't need replacing. He was professional and kind and I highly recommend Joy Appliance to anyone in need of an honest repair service person.

Excellent experience with Joy Appliance. Joyo and his cousin were knowledgeable, honest and prompt. They fixed my KitchenAid oven door that wasn’t closing properly and even caught that an ordered part wasn’t needed saving me time and money. Professional and trustworthy —highly recommend!
