Great response to my request to repair fridge. Came out next day, provided quote same afternoon and did the repair as soon as the parts were available. Parts are out of production but Joyo was able to find replacement. Pricing reasonable, service efficient and timely. Great experience

Joy Appliance Repair did a wonderful job repairing our Thermador refrigerator (installed in 2013, freezer on the bottom). The fridge was leaking inside from failed defroster & evaporator components. I also appreciated Joyo's suggestion for a compressor service. Our fridge is running great now. Joyo was prompt, provided excellent service, and was easy to communicate with. Service was provided at the quoted amount; it was all very transparent.

He seemed okay at first and did a quick check, but it was clear he wasn’t really familiar with this model of Thermador steam oven. Once he saw that I had already purchased the OEM replacement parts myself, his attitude immediately changed—he said he wouldn’t continue the repair. When I asked why, he admitted it was because I didn’t buy the parts through him. I asked if it was because he wanted to make money off the parts, and he said yes. He then left with a very unprofessional attitude.

Joyo did a great job diagnosing and repairing my (older model) Thermador Ice Maker problem. It was easy to make an appointment with him and he was very thorough in his communication. I recommend this company and will use his company's service again next time it is needed.

The spring on our Bosh dishwasher door broke and needed repair. Additionally, we couldn't clear an error code on our Miele freezer. Joyo was very responsive, on time to the initial appointment as well as the follow-up appointment, and completed the work as requested in a timely manner. The cost was very fair for the service and quality he provided. When I need a repair for any other appliance in the future, I'll call Joyo first.
