I was one of the grooms who definitely wanted to just use the hotel's items because I couldn't understand why my bride would want to spend more on these rentals, but I was wrong - your quality, pricing, and items were all perfect. They had everything we needed—from chairs and chargers to tablecloths and napkins—and every single item was beautiful and high quality. For my daughter’s wedding, we used a mix of embroidered and crushed velvet tablecloths along with their trendy wooden chairs, and the combination created such an elegant and unique look. Being able to visit the showroom and do a hands-on mock-up of the tables really sealed the deal for us. It made the planning process easy and fun! Choosing Top Tier for my sister's Lingerie Shower was easily one of the best planning decisions I've ever made! First of all, our contact, Kayla, was on it every step of the way. Originally, we just wanted to rent the bar for the event, but when another vendor dropped the ball last-minute and couldn't provide enough plates, Top Tier saved the day and delivered what we needed within an hour - crisis averted! Kayla and the team were accommodating, helpful and efficient. We ended up asking them to provide far more than we initially agreed upon and they never missed a beat!
