My mom’s washer suddenly stopped working and wouldn’t drain. We could not find anyone in our area to work on Stackable washer and dryer. We found Top Town on Google. They were wonderful. They answered the phone right away they asked for some pictures of the model number and the brand they were there the next day, ordered the part turned out it was the drain pump for the washing machine and we’re back two days later installing it they were very professional courteous, kind, very responsive I would definitely use them again. Shout out to Ahmad!! Such a nice man. Very Knowledgeable.

The technician was good until he tried giving me final price. He was going to charge me 400 for part and service when I told him I want break down he said 285 for part and rest was for labor. I told him I would not need his service for a $107hr an hour Then told me that's for almost 2 hrs of drive time too.guess he thought I was a dumb female. I called elsewhere and got service, and part for $259 and not be charged for miles and gas. Which shouldn't even be in the amount.or state that upfront .if you use them make sure you ask for breakdown.They can gladly keep my 80 service fee.I won't call them for service anymore
