Not sure who my doctor was today or the vet tech but seriously everyone was fantastic from me making my initial phone call appointment right until I left. I recently got a new kitten riddled with fleas and may I say for being downtown Toronto they have the best prices and are very kind and compassionate about animals. I will definitely be coming back here and will be recommending to anyone who is looking for a new vet downtown. Great job everyone, plus they are a private clinic (which I prefer compared to corporate). Thanks again everyone!

Caring, understanding and friendly staff that don't push products and treatments to where you feel bad for turning down the offer. I've been perfectly satisfied with them and continue to go there even though we no longer live neaeby

Brought my dog here never had issues. then one time for my insurance, they needed a routine check up (no injections nothing). Then my dog died about 3 days later. She had rapidly declining health out of the blue. Autopsy couldn’t really clarify a reason. Hoping that this isn’t a place desperate to collect money from end of life services…. i would stay away.

this is a better place than I went to other vets they are very friendly they are gentle and there's a lot I can say but you know I give them 100 ** if I could secretary is very friendly on the phone doctor explained everything that I need to know just waiting for the result and we'll see what's going on with my little girl gave me medication that is helping my little girl really good now and I just want to say thank you all at Toronto Central vet you're doing a great job thank you for your service and yeah I hope I don't have to come back anymore my little girl is 13years old and the doctor found a couple of bumps on her I thought it was only two but he found at least four or five so we're hoping it's not cancer instead it wasn't that it was just fatty tissue the one guy that was there when I came in this morning my dog went for a PeePee and he caught that on time for me because I couldn't get it from my dog so that was very helpful so they could tell what's going on with her lmfao
