The best gym I've ever been to. The staff are amazing and super knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and are great at motivating you to be your best. I would recommend this gym to anyone. Also its fun that you get to workout alongside other members if you choose semi-private option . Everyone motivates eachother and is very friendly.
I started training at OBF with coach Esraa back in April. With her guidance and motivation, I’ve transformed my body in just a few short months. Not only is she attentive to everyone’s individual needs throughout every session, but she manages to push us to do our best with playful encouragement and enthusiasm. The absolute best gym! I’ve found OBF when I was at the peak of my sciatica’s injury (nerve damage), I couldn’t even walk without limping and getting depressed. I’ve worked out my whole life and that situation was starting to affect me emotionally. Jonathan is the most knowledgeable, supportive and result oriented trainer I ever had! In a matter of around 2-3 months I was able not only to get back my physical shape but literally reach new heights on my fitness journey that I didn’t thought it was possible for me even before my injury. At this point I feel it would be pretty challenging to find a guidance of this quality anywhere else. Highly recommended!
Absolutely amazing atmosphere and people. Jon and his team are fantastic and knowledgeable. They worked with my back issues and helped me put together a plan that I can take with me wherever I go. It's not just a gym, you become like family. I've learned so much from OBF, and not just about fitness but about overall improving my health. You can't go wrong with this team. What I like most about OBF gyms is the blend of information and movement. At a recent corporate session with our team at Highline Beta, we learned the 'whys' behind what we were doing, had to opportunity to ask ALL our questions, along with demonstrations and practice of practical movements designed to increase mobility. I enjoyed that formula so much that I joined a few individual sessions myself. I was not disappointed!
