I started my journey with Ana as a pretty knowledgable, experienced and active person. The goal was to take my physique to the next level, after hitting a plateau of several years. I'm happy to share that I was able to achieve my personal new peak! I thought I knew anything there was to know about nutrition and working out. Little did I know... Ana has exceptional knowledge of the fitness industry, diets and exercising. She has quite a few tips up her sleeves and solutions to any dilemmas or struggles. Ana was amazing! She created a customized diet and exercise plan for me to help me lose weight and feel great for my wedding and honeymoon after gaining weight from a lost pregnancy. In just six weeks, I looked and felt amazing on my wedding day and saw even more progress by my honeymoon. On my honeymoon, I was able to enjoy myself—eating and drinking what I wanted with Ana’s guidance—and came back without gaining any weight. By the end of the three-month program, I had reached my goal weight, lost several inches and I have never felt more confident in my body.
