They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Was looking for a pre-workout that didn’t make me itch and they gave me a sample, it didn’t work better than my old pre-workout but it did get the job done. I appreciate the clerk for trying to help me I’m sure they have something else to help. They have non-dairy protein too.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE & SELECTION! AND GREAT PRICES! Catherine at Total Nutrition is always so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Every visit feels personal—she remembers who you are and takes the time to help you find exactly what you need. The shop is spotless and well-organized, with an impressive range of options: organic, healthy, vegan, and everything from powders and pills to protein chips, cookies, sleep aids, carnitine, CLA, BCAA, turmeric, weight loss supplements, and more. They often give out free shakers if you need and have a wide variety of samples—sometimes even opening something on the spot so you can try it before buying. It’s a small, owner-operated store, which means the customer service is unmatched. You truly feel valued as a customer, and the combination of friendliness, expertise, and selection makes it my go-to for all my health and nutrition needs.

A wide variety of products. Katherine was extremely helpful my first time in the store. I highly recommend the high protein baked goods. They also resource a lot of local venders.

Amazing customer service. Catherine is the nicest and most helpful person probably on the entire planet. If you’re not getting your supplements from here then you’re doing it wrong. Love this place.

The staff here is super helpful and friendly. I had just barely walked in and staff came up to me asking how they could help. I left feeling very confident in the products that had towards my fitness goals. Definitely a much better experience than the vitamin shoppe that's also in the area.
