VEG ER for Pets

VEG assisted me when my dog was sick as a puppy and helped him in his final moments roughly a year later just recently. Staff provided exceptional care for both Quinn and I, during and after his death. They helped me through the cremation process and provided paw prints and locks of hair, they also helped me acquire paperwork so I could file a claim against the company he was purchased from since he had a congenital defect. Thank you so much for you all’s help, if I ever require emergent help again, I will be coming back here!

I’ve been to this location 3 times - once with mother in laws cat, twice with one of mine. The staff here focuses on keeping you in the space with your pet and clearly explaining the procedures and walking you through methodologies. At no point did I feel I was being provided any care that was not vital, and they even would recommend ways to save money if the issue wasn’t as immediately pressing. They also provide extremely effective emergency care. My mother in laws cat had an object retrieved from his stomach that was like playing the claw game in an arcade, and everyone in the open concept care area gave a little cheer for the veterinarian when she successfully pulled the object. They are a first choice when I’m worried about an immediate problem with one of my babies.

Amazing experience! We brought our sick puppy in and were seen right away. The vet, D. Marisa and her techs were so kind, gentle, and thorough. Highly recommend!

Genuinely best experience I have ever had at a vet/ vet ER. The team was incredibly kind and helpful, took the time to answer all my questions, and was so patient and sweet with my cat. They truly made a not so fun experience so much better. I would highly recommend!
