Had a great experience here with Dr. Bensbaa. I’ve got a few “quirks” with my eyes/vision; Dr. Bensbaa answered all of my questions with patience, honesty, and knowledge. We found a great prescription that works for me. Dr. Bensbaa set me up with a few types of trial contacts and I was stunned at the difference between my previous brand and newer options. Amazingly, the best-fitting lenses for me were the least expensive! I found the front desk employees to be helpful, friendly, and professional: I’m surprised that other reviewers find otherwise.

Have been a patient of Total Vision Campbell for many years and switched to Willow Glen Total Vision and what a huge mistake! After my eye exam I was given the wrong Rx and have had to return several pairs of eyeglasses. After calling VSP they graciously allowed me to have a another eye exam and after visiting a different optometrist who confirmed I was given an incorrect Rx it's now mid March and am still waiting for eyeglasses I had to return and exchange for a new Rx of lenses. Total Nightmare should be the name of their business.

10/10 would recommend! The staff was very friendly and accommodating right when you walk through the doors! Easy check in with the ladies in the front desk and they seem very knowledgeable about insurance questions so you wont be surprised with a bill. I saw Dr. Viano and I am extremely satisfied with her expertise. She was very thorough with her exam and answered all my questions. She is very kind and you can tell she cares a lot about her patients. I felt comfortable in her presence and know I am in good hands. I’m glad to have found an eye doctor like her and look forward to coming back next time.

I came in earlier this week for an eye exam and Dr. Viano was very thorough in her assessments. The staff on hand were very nice and welcoming. They went ahead and ordered my glasses and within a couple of days, have received them. Great experience all-around.

My Family and I had our yearly eye exam appointments at I- care Optometry and It was amazingly Awesome experience we all had with Dr.Chang and his staff. Dr Chang is the best optometrist.He’s very thorough , patience, caring and super nice person. He made us feel like we known him for years, though this was our first visit with him.He loves to build relationship with his patients. Easy going person and very professional at the same time. We are so glad that we found him. Also great selections of glasses frames. Bianca help us to select our frames. Highly recommend Dr Chang and his crew.
