The pricing is unbeatable however the recommendations are driven by quotas and bonus. They will NEVER recommend a big name brand because they make their money on small no names. If you know this going in you can make best choices

I had such a great experience at Total Wine! Shana helped me during my visit and she went above and beyond. She was so kind and patient, really taking the time to understand what I was looking for. She even helped me carry everything up to check out, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find customer service like that nowadays. Thank you, Shana, for making my visit so easy and enjoyable I’ll definitely be coming back!

The prices are great! The check out was quick, no waiting in line! I bought Malibu original white Rum with coconut liqueur and DeKuyper pucker sour apple sweet & sour schnapps for my Blue apple pucker, Blue coconut Rum and Yellow pina colada jello shots
