Great selection. The saff is amazing. While shopping were were able ask for specific items we were brought to them. Checking out the cashier was friendly and funny. The other worker spoke about products they would recommend based on taste.

Came to this store yesterday and thought about the excellent customer service I received all morning. Greeted upon entry, had employees ask if I needed help. Excellent recommendations from the employee who asked if I needed help as well as the cashier. They have a sale going on currently and the cashier recommended a bottle that I've never had. I purchased it on a whim and it was delicious! I'll definitely be repurchasing. Thank you to all employees at this location. I look forward to returning.

This is the most helpful Total Wine I been to in the area! What an amazing staff! I was looking for this brand of affordable THC Seltzers Called Grind With Gratitude From Winston-Salem and someone walked me right over and even gave me a FREE CAN with my four pack!
