First of all, this review is L O N G overdue! I was lead to Michelle two years ago almost to this very date. I was instantly put at ease walking through those front doors. The atmosphere that her and Dave have created is so inviting, clean and inspiring. I had been working out for many years but got to a point where I was REALLY struggling to be consistent. I loved their approach of TOTAL body fitness. Not only was I lead through a 45 min workout 3 days a week, I was also given a very detailed meal plan with plenty of options to make it work for me. Michelle was always available if I had any questions and in the beginning insisted that I send a journal of my daily activities which was a total game changer. To have a real life person that genuinely cares, holding me accountable, was what it took for me to make an everlasting lifestyle change. I lost around 40lbs over the course of that year and I have, to this day, been able to keep it off. I worked my booty off, ate food that fueled me, ensured my protein levels were correct AND gained a friend while doing so. I mean, hello - no brainer. If you are wondering if they or their technique will work for you - wonder no longer, it's a yes! *First photo was taken a few months before starting my training and the next one was taken a few weeks ago. I also included a before and after rainbow bright because - whoa, right?!

Total Fitness is amazing! While Michelle is my specific trainer and coach, Dave has a vested interest in my success as well. They are both super encouraging, meeting you where you are, while at the same time challenging you to be your best self!! The science backed approach to their program is both informative and makes total sense. If you follow what they guide you to do, you’ll have great success! Michelle makes me laugh every time I attend a session with her, making workouts a fun experience! A bonus for me is they are Christians, and since faith is a huge part of my life, that has been a welcomed addition to the equation. If that’s not your thing, no big deal. It’s never pushed on you.
