An estimate of over $700 was presented before any medical evaluation was performed. My experience at this clinic was very disappointing. I brought my cat in due to vomiting, expecting a proper medical evaluation. However, the first thing that happened was that an assistant took some basic information and, without the veterinarian ever examining my pet, returned with an initial estimate of procedures and costs. I found it completely inappropriate to suggest treatments or present a cost estimate without a veterinarian first evaluating the patient. As a pet owner, you expect the priority to be examining the animal, understanding the condition, and then explaining medical options based on that assessment. This approach creates distrust and gives the impression that the focus is more on selling services than on the animal’s well-being. In the end, we decided to leave. When we went to pay for the consultation—which was never actually performed by the doctor—the staff chose not to charge us. I hope this clinic can improve its process and prioritize proper medical evaluation before presenting estimates. Pets deserve professional care from the very beginning.

The staff was very nice and efficient. Especially Anaelise and Dr.Montero made it an amazing experience! And they took great care of my dog. The vet was knowledgeable, patient, and made me feel completely at ease. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying that this is BY FAR the best experience I have ever had at the vet. The attention to detail, the cleanliness, the staff, everything was beyond extraordinary. I rushed my pup to this place during emergency hours on a Thursday night. There is not many places open at late hours and I saw that Town and Country was the best rated that was a couple miles away. From the moment I walked through those doors, the woman at the front desk had no problem making my pup and I feel welcomed, I did not get her name but she was beyond a sweetheart. I was introduced to Dr. Seco who diagnosed my doogy with kidney failure. Despite the scary experience, she did not hesitate to give me reassurance and provide me with a plan that could be in my budget. What I really appreciated with this team that assisted me was that they made me feel a part of the whole process, they explained everything in detail without confusing me with medical terminology. I never felt lost or hopelessness because the moment I walked through those doors I knew that I could trust this team with my pup. Ayleen, she is the ray of sunshine that every establishment should have. She was so sweet to me and my dog, the positivity she radiates has no name. As the days went by, I could see that they did everything to make my doggy feel comfortable and healthy during his stay. I can happily say that now my dog and I are back at home and he is happier than ever. It is all thanks to this wonderful team that provided me with the best possible outcome that I could have ever dreamed of. Thank you for saving my best friend!!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻
