It was a great experience that was paced perfectly. Maybe I'm just too used to retail environments that are either in your face with hard sell tactics, or completely lackadaisical and don't care about you at all. This was the Goldilocks experience, for me - just right. Neither hovering nor absent, just ... around, and full of answers to my questions. The price was also very good, and I ended up driving home with a new amp.

The person running the store not only instantly identified the correct size tool, but had me get my guitar from the car and did the truss rod adjustment himself. The total charge: $0. This was incredibly helpful to me and much appreciated. If you value excellent customer service, which can be hard to find in many music stores, I would strongly recommend

I've attended Friday Open Mic and concert nights at Bradley and both are amazing! Great people running the show and good live music. Always fun and you can't find live music like this. Real musicians putting on a great show!!

I've tried two music schools prior to this one and each left me frustrated with either the instructors or the admin process of scheduling and paying. TR eliminates the admin hassle--they're always accessible and the online dashboard makes the balance due/balance of bookable lessons very transparent and easy to track. Even better than the efficient administration, my kids' instructor, Jerry Jones, is phenomenal. Jerry has experience working with kids, knows multiple instruments (because kids often change their minds), is pantient, and accomodates our busy schedule. The third time has been the charm for our family!
