They were great the first time. Hured then again, they missed the custody exchange, got made, then stopped communication. Asked for additional payment but never completed work. Provided unsigned and un notarized affidavits despite MONTHS of trying to communicate with them for the "make up " surveillance in which they went to wrong location for but they refuse to answer. Tracie text back once saying he was in court after about 6 weeks of texting him with no reply. Very disappointed ad they were great first time around snd wished the 2nd time around was the same out come but very unprofessional. I paid about 1800$ and got maybe 4 hours of surveillance then all communication stopped from them

I hired a lady and we agreed upon using a female to work my case ! She used a male and he stood out like a sore thumb! I expressed to my federal credit union the details and all my emails and texts! They found them to have broken verbal and written contractual agreements and via and email, text! So they turned around and tried to scare me into a civil suit w damages for the PI ! The server came to my home told my spouse exactly what I had done and was within the law! To hire them because he was lying not coming home.I Didn’t care if caught doing anything else like they ramped up you did nothing ! No woman wants her spouse partying w no ring on and not coming home! So then they assisted him w our divorce and gave false information to him or he’s not telling the truth! I don’t know! So now divorced I refused to sign papers so I never got my file showing he was lying and we were no longer working out! ! They wanted me to sign a docusign to guarantee I’d not sue them in future , nope didn’t do it!! so I could not sue them! Use at your own risk! these ppl worst experience of my life and the sad part is they could have gotten me seriously hurt if things went really bad! We will see how things turn out ! they got damages and then some! But I did not sign for a reason! Just they were not honest or trustworthy! In my experience anyways! Be ware! Be very clear and get everything in writing don’t just talk on phone! Send text and emails to cover yourself! Good luck !

I am very satisfied with the service from Tracie Investigacions. They work in a very simple way for the client. They helped me reach a payment agreement for money that a car agency owed me for a service that I provided them. The process was for me very simple and efficient.

I spoke with Cassandra on the phone. She was very professional and knowledgeable about her services. I appreciate how honest she is about what the company is and is not able to do, and was excellent at explaining the laws around their capabilities. Great communication. Well priced, and willing to travel to make sure they get the best evidence possible. Cassandra went above and beyond: not just over the phone, but in the services she and her company provided. I am so impressed with the customer service and how accommodating and professional this company is. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs answers. Cassandra said it best “IF there is something to find, we will do everything we can to find it!”. She made it clear the risks from the beginning, which was also refreshing. They were accommodating with price, discussing finance options with me to make sure I had all the tools I needed to make the best choice for my situation.
