For small and LARGE vehicle repairs, Tracy’s is the BEST. Since about 2004 (?) we’ve had a few minor dings Tracy has fixed. But Christmas vacation ended with an encounter with a deer; my poor 2024 Lexus - loos new again! The staff from front desk to repair guys couldn’t have been more accommodating…professional, courteous and awesome communication.

They were very nice to work with, especially since I am out of town. They let me come during the Christmas holiday to accommodate my schedule. I didn’t realize I had lights out in front of my house, and they fixed them without me even asking. They were professional, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and dealt with the other insurance company so I didn't have to. I truly appreciated how easy they made the whole process and how much they cared about doing a great job
