EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Upfront, honest, on time, very kind, knowledgeable, and communicative. Fixed our truck perfectly. Washed the truck! Cleaned the interior! This kind of customer service is rare. I will deal only with them in the future and I will send all my friends and family there. This is a real review.

Great service from start to finish. Walked us through the estimate and help facilitate with the insurance company of the opposing party. The Cadillac CTS looks as good as new. Thanks again!

Brian and Steve absolutely define what top-notch customer service should be! From the initial phone call through the estimate and through completion of the repair stage, fantastic workmanship! Brian and Steve are beyond any other body shop's professionalism in seeing the customer through the entire process and providing top- notch results! Have and will recommend to anyone looking for auto body repairs. They also installed aftermarket components perfectly! Awesome! 2nd posting-11/16/18, minor repairs performed again and can say without any hesitation, the finest body shop in Lincoln, fabulous job, professional and courteous every step of the process, Steve and Brian go above and beyond any norm to see that end result is perfect-- job well done! Thanks again to the entire staff. Another fabulous repair by Miracle workers, Derrick , Eli, and Sherri assisted my wife from point of accident through getting vehicle towed/transported safely, estimates, coordinating with insurance companies to final completion! Every step was on time, explained, and without hassle! Vehicle looks like it rolled off of the showroom floor! Kudos to the entire staff for another fabulous job! Well done Miracle Workers

I came in a while ago to get one of my front grills replaced. I really did appreciate Josh being patient with me when having to reschedule. I am giving 4 stars as I recently noticed the grill piece installed is not the same as the other grill piece. One looks more matte and one is more shiny. The staff were nice and had my car done in a timely manor but I’m honestly not 100% satisfied with the end result. This may have been able to be resolved if I had noticed sooner and communicated the issue but as stated I only recently noticed.
