Laura & I will be starting our 3rd year of training together this week & I’ve lost over 80lbs with her. When I first approached Laura about training I figured it would be short lived as she’d help me get the weight off & I’d be done. Laura is a great trainer and motivator! She’s great at tailor exercises to individuals skill levels, while knowing when to help push someone to challenge themselves to hit the next level. She’s great at programming and knows how to really make sure to work all the muscle groups. She can do strictly lifting programs or create a HIIT work as well. She plays great music as well!
