Excellent venue with helpful friendly staff. Nice atmosphere with a good bar. Sound is a bit 'lively' but we had a great, rockin audience!

Great venue! Easy to get to from train station. Only ten min walk. Plenty of toilets. Good cloak room. Bars are well stocked and staffed. And even has balcony for disabled use so no one gets left out!

Myself and a friend went to see Nouvelle Vague at the Tramshed in Cardiff. We got there early and parked on the road outside (parking was free after 6pm Monday -Friday). As we were so early, we went for wonder into town to get a bite to eat and found a cracking all you can eat buffet place round the corner from the stadium. We arrived during the warm up band and were instantly impressed by the professionalism of the SIA event stewards. There were lots of them and they were really approachable and helpful. The ground floor was open with a massive bar along one wall. There was a large open space for the crowd to stand. There was an outside area with tables and benches for smoking/vaping. As we were both stiff and tired from our journey, we asked if we were able to sit upstairs. We were directed to the office and informed it was the accessible area and usually sold out, but fortunately there was enough space for us and we were banded and allowed upstairs. We got to watch the show front and centre in the gallery, probably the best view in the house! The sound was great, the lighting was really well thought out and incredibly effective. It was an exceptional performance. Great atmosphere, great venue! Will definitely visit again.

Excellent venue, I was there for a conferences with Google and it was excellent. Space was great, lighting was great and the ability to move around and go out and get some air was a good feature. The food served was excellent and the event team / security were really helpful. Toilet could have a lick of paint but I fully understand it’s usually a music venue. No parking on site so be prepared to park and walk, about 10/12 minutes from the train station and bus station. The only negative is that due to the low ceiling the presentation screen was hidden much of the time by either a presenter or the podium in the first session.

Very nice venue. I was there to see the gig and it was splendid. Medium sized place, with good sound.
