I've practiced many forms of meditation and Transcendental Meditation is the most effective I've ever come across. I heard of it a long time ago but it took a long time before I finally took the basic course to learn how to do it properly. Personally, I've never come across any one thing that's a magic pill so to speak, but TM is definitely at the top of the list of most helpful habits I've ever adopted (along with healthy eating, exercise, etc.)
I took the TM course February 2 and my life is forever changed for the better! I asked my mentor what made her meditation a non negotiable and she told me she did Transcendental Meditation. After doing research and watching so many informative videos online, my husband and I decided to take it. I loved Day 2 and getting behind the science. It made me feel so comfortable especially because it was an investment. The instructors Josh and Meghan were so sweet and answered every question and didn't make any of my questions seem silly. At first it will require discipline for it to become a non negotiable but if you just take it one day at a time, you get better with every practice. I do it every single day twice a day. I feel more whole, grateful, and anxiety free!! Every time I look inward and meditate, I become better. I am more patient, kind, and overall happier. So grateful for what the TM Technique did for me !
