Jonathan R. was my tax worker who helped me with transferring my out-of-state registration to TX. I had a special circumstance due to moving states and when I previously went to the Pflugerville tax office they tried to have me pay almost $2000 so I had to leave to regather my docs/ educate myself on TX regulations. When I went to the main office today, Jonathan took care of me super easy and stress free!
New Year’s Eve didn’t think the place was going to open . I happened to call first to found out and they were til 3 but get there before they stop taking walk ins . I hurry and get there and walked in and it was no one there for the moment. He was a very nice and clean place . I spoke with a girl named Stephanie Hinojos and she made sure I had everything I needed to complete my process. The wait time was not long for me to be a walk in . When I was called I spoke with a guy named George Payan who had so much respect and concern that made me very confident in what I was doing . So you need your Title or Registration done on a walk in bases from 8-3 and no drive thru So see them at the main office on Ridgepoint Dr.
The place and people are awesome. I was worried bc some of the reviews are not good. We arrived at 7am for title and registration services and were the second in line. Bc of the cold weather we were all let into the building at 7:30am. At this point we were checked in to confirm we had all the needed forms and IDs and given a ticket. The waiting space is beautiful and there are desks with chairs, too. Overall an incredibly positive experience! Thank you! Highly recommend getting there early and triple checking you have all documents you need to ensure a smooth process. Also bring either cash or check to avoid a 3% fee.
Best government office experience I’ve had! The wait was under an hour during a busy period, and they had room for me when other tax offices were full. There was also plenty of space and good WiFi Mariah was also fantastic. I had forgotten to fill out some parts of my forms and she guided me through the whole process in a very calm, thorough way. She made it a stress free experience. Like I said, a great government experience! This beats the DMV in San Antonio any day.
Excellent customer service and the staff is super friendly. Only issue is difficulty finding a parking spot although parking lots is very big.
