Very disappointing experience at Treasure Isle. I brought in a gold necklace with a broken link to be repaired. The staff member repeatedly questioned whether it was actually gold (which it is—something I would expect a jeweler to recognize). The necklace was repaired, but a month later the solder failed and it broke again in the same spot. When I brought it back, I was told there were no warranties and I’d need to pay again for the same repair. So I asked if the link could be reinforced to prevent it from breaking again. I was told no, which seeemed strange —any jeweler should be able to reinforce a link with matching metal. To make matters worse, the same woman questioned how I could be sure it was the same link, even though I had just dealt with the issue weeks prior. She told me the necklace was very old and "fragile." Yes, it's an heirloom. They are, by definition, "old." Overall, I found the service very rude. Maybe it's just that one lady. But I wouldn’t recommend this shop if you value good service and good work.

Highly recommended. Super friendly staff. Had a ring resized and repaired. Jewelry is serviced on site. That alone was fantastic. The workmanship was excellent and amazingly took 1 hour!!!!!! My ring looks brand new. They also buy gold & silver. So I sold a few pieces for cash in hand.. 5 STARS .....

Crisis averted thanks to Treasure Isle! My vintage engagement ring's jade stone came loose, and with our courthouse wedding just two weeks away, I was panicking. Another jeweler quoted 3 weeks and $60, missing my deadline. I walked into Treasure Isle hoping for a miracle. Within 5 minutes of waiting, their jeweler assessed my ring and had it perfectly repaired in 10 minutes, at a significantly lower cost! Their fast, reliable, and trustworthy service, along with great advice, was a huge relief. I'll absolutely be back for any and all future jewelry repairs or needs!

Eyeglass repaired in less than 5 min , I sat on my Prada and broke the screw or spring almost a year ago but today it cost only $10 to fix it . Hustle free place ..

Just dropping in to say thank you for the kind and sweet owners of this store. In September, 2 days before my wedding, my wedding bad was scratched up and I needed it buffed and polished so it’s ready for the wedding. I made the mistake of going to Jared. Jared wanted $150 to buff and polish my plain yellow gold band and told me there was no jeweler on site and that I would have to pick it up the following day. I was very frustrated and felt like I was getting ripped off and taken advantage of just because I didn’t buy the band from there. Terrible policy since now I will never consider chain stores like them ever again. I found Treasure Isle Jewelers by chance just searching around me and I couldn’t have been luckier. Went in there and the owners were so kind and honest. They buffed my ring and polished it completely free of charge and they were so happy doing it and even offered me to come by anytime if I ever needed it polished. The whole process barely took 5 minutes and my ring was smooth, shiny, and ready for my big day! I loved how honest kind and helpful they were. I left a $20 tip and even that they originally wouldn’t accept. If you are looking for a jeweler to trust, don’t look any further. To the owners, thank you for giving me one less thing to stress about before the most important day of my life. Sorry this came almost 4 months late. Hope we can do business together in the future.
