I was in town for business. Found this jewelry store to replace 2 watch batteries. The lady assisted me was very nice and kind. Highly recommend for watch and jewelry needs!!!

DO NOT USE THIS JEWELER!!! I was told by several different people that this was a reputable jeweler so I took both my engagement ring and wedding band to be resized. Within 2 years they have both broken apart at the soldering spot and tarnished very very fast. The workers were flat out rude to me and said it was my fault. I am furious and will never ever use this jeweler again. Do not take your pieces here or they will ruin them. I took my pieces to another jeweler in Dallas and they told me inappropriate materials were used both times and charged me for work that was not done (Rhodium dip, polishing, etc.). I am furious.

If I could give them half a star I would but I can’t… Am not pleased with my purchase. My husband bought a wedding ring and purchased the warranty. I lost a diamond 2 weeks after purchase. We took it back to get fixed n we’re told the warranty didn’t cover lost diamonds. But they would fix it for free. We got it fixed and then about 3 weeks after that another diamond fell out and I actually got lucky n found it shining on my shirt. We finally got a chance to go took it back to Treasures today and were told we would have to pay for the diamond because the diamond I found didn’t belong to my ring. But they still wanted to charge me. We paid extra for the warranty for what… nothing I guess!! Very disappointed with this store and the service we got today!! Definitely DO NOT recommend this store for any jewelry anyone is looking to buy!!! We purchased the ring in full when we first bought it… not happy for spending what we did and not being able to use the warranty we purchased along with it!!!

DO NOT use that ACIMA 90 day option crap to pay for any jewelry from these guys. You guys informed me that there would be no interest if i chose the 90 day option to pay off the jewelry before 90 days. Every payment you make with ACIMA is charging you TAXES on each payment(basically another word for interests) and it is not cheap. Why am I paying taxes on each payment? Also the more you pay monthly, the more the taxes you pay. Thats what they do not tell you! That is deceiving and you guys are promoting ACIMA to your customers. You know thats what ACIMA is doing but yet you failed to inform customers on that part! I have purchased several pieces of jewelry from you guys and now you have lost my trust and I will go elsewhere now. I see why ACIMA is involved in a lawsuit for this very reason smh.

Daniel was amazing! He is very well versed in his craft. He talked about the process of what he was going to do and mentioned the careful work he will be doing on my wedding rings. My rings were small, and we were in a bind to get my rings resized, considering the a short amount of time we had in Lubbock. We were visiting from out of town for only a week, my husband called Treasures Fine Jewelry & Repair and Daniel retrieved the call. We asked if he could resize a ring and what the turnaround was. Daniel explained that he was able to do the job in less than what I was quoted from by the big box store, right away we were sold. Daniel is a true jeweler and master at his craft. We are immensely grateful for his time, skill, and precision for his work on my rings. We hope to see him again when we visit Lubbock. 😊
