I had a gentleman help us today that was very kind and patient with my mother and I. He knew we were looking at something on my wishlist, something he wouldn’t get credit for. But it wasn’t about that for him. He was just offering a chance for me and my mother to look at rings before my engagement. And that’s what makes a great sales team. After the week we had, we need an unrushed space for retail therapy. The other time I came into the store, Melissa was also incredibly helpful and patient. Zales of Lubbock is honestly a great place!
