One of their trucks pulling a trailer was going 90 on the highway just to cut me off and exit. No cars behind me at all, no reason to rush or drive recklessly. A company that stands on integrity ensures their drivers are also courteous and trustworthy on the road. Especially when an accident at that speed can cause such harm. I do have photos and dashcam video if the owner would like to reach out and see it.

Tree World has earned a 5 star rating with the recent tree I purchased. The customer service I received from Troy and Johnny was excellent. The quality of plants I found at Tree World far exceeded the other nurseries I had previously searched in Lubbock. I highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with Tree World. The selection and quality of their trees and shrubs is great and the service is so good. From purchasing trees from Troy (an owner) to the friendly team that dug the holes and installed the trees, it was all professionally done with great equipment and they took measures to not leave ruts in our yard and completely cleaned up afterwards.

Tree World did a medium size landscaping project in our backyard. They were great to work with- excellent communication, incorporated our thoughts in the design, timely installation, friendly staff, and great follow up months after completion. Overall very pleased with the whole experience and glad we chose Tree World.
