Awful experience. We were charged for two hours of “labor” to fix a simple leaky faucet, and nothing was actually fixed. The technician claimed it needed new stems and said they’d order the parts. Then they made us wait over a week while they supposedly “looked” for the part—only to finally admit they never ordered it in the first place. Meanwhile, another plumber came out and fixed the leak in minutes without needing any new stems, proving their diagnosis was completely wrong. They keep pointing to their GPS to justify the time, but most of that time the tech was sitting in his truck doing nothing, milking the clock while we were being charged. We were overcharged, misled, and left without a repair. Save yourself the frustration—use someone else.
