If I could give a 0 star rating I would. My partner and I have lived in our house for 3 years (which we love) but we have had only negative experiences with Trend. Maintenace requests have been “completed” hastily and without care. We were obligated to pay an additional $50/month for a “benefits” package that includes pest control (which should be mandatory and doesn’t even cover wasp/hornet removal). Finally, the authoritarian way in which the team has communicated with us has felt disrespectful and manipulative. Do not give these people any of your business.
