Tri-Star Moving

The entire move experience with Tri-Star was amazing! I coordinated the move with Tri-Star for an office >40 employees and >30,000sqft including removal of office equipment, electronics, appliances, shelving and more. Garett - who led the moving team assigned to us - was communicative from start to end and kept synced with our office on exactly we needed moved, disposed, stored, etc. Any potential issues that came up were always brought to my attention, and we would have a discussion to align on next steps. The entire moving crew was so incredible as well - they were hardworking, efficient, and professional for the duration of the move - and were always willing to pivot when our requests changed. Even when our office experienced a logistical constraint related to a mechanical issues with our elevator, the movers stayed in high spirits and continued progress - even if items had to be carried up/downstairs. Garett & his team followed through on their commitment to our office despite our elevator issue causing some logistical difficulties. Tri-Star Moving is truly a top notch moving company, and I’m grateful to their team for all the incredibly hard work they put in! A big thank you to Garett, Britani, Mary, Robert, and the whole moving team!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! My first experience was great, so I hired them again for my move and the experience could not have been more different. They pushed my move an hour the night before my scheduled move (not a big deal, but a little annoying they didn’t give me at least a phone call during the day). Then the day of my move I receive a call 10 minutes before the end of the 1 hour window saying they couldn’t get the crew to answer their phone and they thought they were asleep because they worked late moving the night before. I was then offered to move two days later for a discount which I firmly declined and told them to get my moving crew there now. They showed up about 30 minutes later. They moved slow, at least one of them smelled like weed all day and they broke stuff and didn’t say anything about it. I am still finding stuff that is broken now. This is extremely unprofessional behavior and not what you want when trusting your belongings to a company to move them safely. Things can break when you move, that is expected, not saying anything about it is dishonest. Save yourself the headache and hire a more honest company that doesn’t send a tired crew with at least one of them actively high.

I have used Tri-Star for two moves and have only had positive experiences. Artis and Elijah are pros, and handled all of our belongings with care. Mary Emily helped us with our quote and inventory list and we were charged appropriately day-of. For any future moves we will definitely use Tri-Star again!

We had an excellent experience with Josh, Rod, and Elijah from Tristar Moving during our move today. They were professional, efficient, and handled everything with great care. The team worked hard from start to finish, communicated well, and made the entire process stress-free. It’s rare to find movers who combine speed and attention to detail like these guys did. Elijah and Artis were awesome to work with! They were on time, professional, and super efficient while still being friendly and easy to talk to.
