We had a great experience buying a couch and loveseat at Electronic Express in Hermitage! The young man that helped us was super helpful and made the transaction easy. We love our new furniture, it is really comfortable and looks great in our living room.

My wife purchased a microwave from Electronic Express in Hermitage after researching the products. We went into the store, spoke to salesman about our choice, & made the purchase. It was quick & easy. The next day I picked up the product @ their warehouse & the rest is history. We had a good experience all the way around.

My husband and I were greeted outside the front door by an associate smoking a cigarette…went into the store and another associate asked if we needed help and we said yes we are looking to buy an amp… he said oh yeah… those are on the back wall back there. So we went to the back and no amps were visible, no pictures of amps, no prices etc. Asher came up and ask if we needed assistance and we advised we were looking to buy an amp and he said “yeah we have some but they are in the back. My husband and I stood there a good 10 seconds and he said we have several brands I need to know which one you want… we had no clue. He went to the back 3 different times and could not tell us what brands or a price. Unbelievable. The manager was up front when we left and asked if we found what we were looking for and we both said absolutely not I’m sorry but this was a waste of time and the manager (Daniel-after calling back and getting both of their names ) just nodded and said have a good night. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Do better!!!

Outstanding service! I had the opportunity to work with two amazing individuals at this store! Danielle and Mary know what time it is! Above and beyond doesn’t even begin to explain their level of dedication to customer service! Great job team!

We have usually had success with Electronic Express but we will no longer be using them for anything. We ordered a 75” TV and when they loaded it in the back of my new Lexus SUV they scratched my seat and ripped the back gasket in my trunk. I called Taiwan the store manager several times and he promised to get back to me with a solution which he never did. I also called the corporate office twice and they promised me a district manager would call me back with a solution which never happened. Extremely disappointed with the customer service especially after spending thousands of dollars there over the past several years. What a shame we will be buying from somewhere else since they won’t make it right. We will reconsider and remove this review if they fix their mistake instead of ignoring us.
