Really appreciate the response time on repairing our issue. From first contact with Ryan to Josh arriving here to fix furnace issue. Communication was great, service was great. Josh has a great sense of humor too!! We have been hesitant to commit to a HVAC company due to the arrogance and continual upselling. This did not happen with Triad, and for that we are grateful. We Look forward to getting a maintenance plan. Would highly recommend.

Second time using triad and couldn't be happier. Gary is a great technician, he took care of a blown circuit board on our heater. I love and respect how they do business. Always timely and they let you know who's coming to do your work and a bit about them.

Wonderful company to work with. The technicians are respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. I have used them for services for years. This year we decided to replace our system and add a mini split system to a part of the house that was an add on. They guided me with all the knowledge I needed to make my own decision on what I wanted done. I was given multiple options so that I could choose the price point I was comfortable with paying. I love working with this company.
