I had an undetectable external hard drive and spoke to 3 different companies that quoted me up to 3k to get my pictures and videos back. Steve was the only local person I could find and he got the job done incredibly fast, got all my data recovered, communicated with me throughout the whole process, and charged me a great and reasonable price. Highly recommend Steve!
